In June 2013 i changed the contract as the bill was too high. We signed a contract to only pay R249.00 a month and were told that once the call limit is reached the line will be cut and we will have to load our own airtime. However this did not take place. Virgin continued to load airtime with our advising me. At the end of July we paid a lumps sum of R950 and then in August we were billed for a sum of R1400.00 i reversed this off my account as i can not be held responsible for Virgins mess. Thereafter they continued to debit for larger amounts even after advising them that they can not hold me responsible for this bill. this is now affecting my credit record. this is very irresponsible of virgin. I want this matter resolved asap. i have lost out on business opportunities as i had to obtain another sim card from another provider and all contacts.this is costing me alot.
