I have 3 active contracts with Cell C and yet, here i am complaining again. Not sure why i keep going back to Cell C but if this is not fixed, i will NEVER get a contract with them again. Currently i have a Z10 on which im paying R329 (incl. 1GB DATA, BIS, 1hr free minutes and 60SMS and it is on a Top UP) BUT my 9900bold im paying R399.00 (inlc 30MB, 30Min) which was activated 3months before i purchased the Z10.. i called Cellc how many times and spoke to how many consultants and even some of the consultants find it strange that i pay this crazy amount for that amount of DATA and Minutes. All couldnt assist me and keep putting me back to the same department. I did the BB 9900 Bold telephonically with Cell C Direct and therefor dont have a signed contract and not a single person can tell me why i am pyaing R399.00. i urge Cell C to call me and fix this before i go to the CPA and they will be sorry for what they are doing.
i dont want to be rude and complain everytime but how worse can this be? im pretty sure Cell C are aware that they didnt even have a contract like that before, hence them not wanting to investigate.
