I took a R400 for 5GB telkom ADSL subscription - on the last day of December I ran out of data - which according to telkom out of bundle would cost me R39/Gb.
Instead telkom decided to allocated me 10 Gigabytes and billed me R39 x 10 and TOOK IT AWAY THE NEXT DAY because the month had elapsed.
How do you give me 10 Gb when I signed up for 5 Gb a month - worse take it away the next month?
IS IT THE SAME LOGIC YOU WOULD USE IF YOU GAVE ME 10000 GB and billed me R390000?
I have submitted my complaint to telkom and 15 days later - no reply.
Worse my line has been cut yesterday with an SMS that says I owe over R950 - where does the R950 even come from - are you having problems with your billing system?
I am fed up and this is the last month I am with telkom or will buy any product from telkom.
I would rather be bullied by a private company.
Tim
