MONDO PHONED ME THE BEGINNING OF JULY 2013 AND OFFERED ME A CONTRACT (UPGRADE) A SMART M DEAL. I ASKED THE LADY IF I COULD USE THE DATA FROM MY IPAD (3GIG) ONCE I REACHED THE LIMIT ON MY SMART M CONTRACT AND SHE SAID YES I COULD, SO I AGREED TO THE CONTRACT (SMART M)

THEY SAID THE CONTRACT WOULD START THE FIRST OF AUGUST 2013 .THE FIRST OF AUG COME AND MY PHONED WAS NOT ACTIVATED AS PROMISED I HAD TO GO TO A VODACOM SHOP AND ACTIVATED MY CONTRACT MYSELF ONLY THEN WHEN I ASK A VODACOM STAFF MEMBER TO SHOW ME HOW TO SWICTH THE DATA FROM MY 3GIG (IPAD TO MY SMART M) THEY SAID TO ME THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE SINCE ITS TWO DIFFERENT CONTRACTS

I PHONE MONDO MOBILE AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THIS DATA WHICH THEY SAID THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE, THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME 500MB OF DATA FREE FOR THE NEXT 24 MONTHS WHICH I AGREED TO AT THAT TIME, THIS WAS THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2013

WENT TO VODACOM TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS WHEN I REALIZED THAT I WAS PAYING FOR THE DATA WHICH MONDO WHERE RESPONSIBLE FOR, THEY ABOUT THE DATA (1) WHEN PHONE WILL BE WORKING AUG (2) AND PAYING FOR DATA (3) ITS 6 MONTHS LATER AND THEY STILL DID NOT DELIVER FROM THERE SIDE AND I WANT NEW T&C (1GIG OF DATA NOT 500M
