JUST SUSPENDING ACCOUNTS

I have 2 contracts with 8-ta, and recently I had a problem with my employer paying me late. Which lead to my debit order not being deducted. I only received a message on 14/01/14 indicating that my account is in arrears, I called them to find out what is happening because I was not aware that my account is overdue. Thulani could not tell me what is happening, not send me an invoice so I can see what was happening, he however told me that his Supervisor / Manager - Tsepho will phone me back to get this sorted. So today my phones got suspended, and yet, still no call, nor a statement. I also have to go pay the fees in at a bank, and after a few months they will only start debiting my account again. Usually people get a notice before this happens. I also think it is very unprofessional to leave a message and then never to return the call! Guess its just the level of service one should get use to.
