About 2 months ago I got adsl from [URL Removed] they said they would get telkom to convert my regular telephone line into adsl, so I pay [URL Removed] for internet data and they pay telkom for line rental on my behalf. Since the conversion my land line no longer works, my phone is dead and I still don't have internet from [URL Removed] Telkom hasn't even come out to install my new line yet and its been 2 months!!! I already logged how many complaints and sent out mails, but nothing! Not a single finger will lifted to help a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Please, please, I beg you please, because no one helps me on either side, Telkom says its iburst and iburst says its telkom but I must pay, and pay and pay for two months already!!! I want to cancel my contract now please. I don't have a phone!!! so you will need to email me!!! CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!
