I have received 2 threatening letters from MTN this month, the first said I mus pay R841, 00. The 2nd one said"FINAL NOTICE FOR PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEBT AND NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIBER CONTRACT" I don't know what to do anymore, I received a response from the first complain stating that they will help me within 52hours, and no response or anything from them instead I'm receiving threatening letters from them. On the 2nd letter says I must pay R6 343, 16 for early cancellation. I just don't get it, what cancellation and how did I end up here If I don't have an MTN number, what monthly services am I paying for? And they are threatening me that If I don't pay within 14 days of receiving a letter the are going to take legal actions to recover their money. The last time I checked I must take legal actions against MTN to recover my money from them. I didn't owe them anything I have finished my 2years contract and they were sending me messages to go and upgrade. I think this could be an inside job, Eastgate MTN shop must be held accountable, anyway I'm asking myself, why is it taking so long to resolve this issue, and in the process I'm the one who is suffering. I NEED MY MONEY!!
