OVERCHARGED after I was promised it was Sorted out

So after I already had a complaint about Autopage's EXTRA CHARGES last month on Hellopeter, and after I was promised last month from this month my bill would be sorted out, I wake up this morning and see a sms from my bank saying I was debited by Autopage, ONCE AGAIN FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT. AFTER Autopage phoned me and said it wont happen again.
I allocate just enough money to the bank account for debit orders, and ONCE Again Autopage messed up all the other debit orders.
I f this is not fixed within 2 days, I WILL take further steps. Believe me, I have done it before, and I enjoy the courts.
