Invoices/Usage Bill

1. I was overcharged on my debit order on the 20th December 2013 I was charged over R730 the "cap/limit" on my account is R600.
2. I have been in contact with various people at Virgin Mobile and exactly one month later nobody has helped me.
3. I have been in contact with Susan, Zandele and several other "customer service" people all incompetent.
4. I was told in a wishy-washy response that R90 and R230 odd was not debited in previous months and was added to December, please show me PROOF of this.
5. I was told also that my commitment is R100. So if I spend R150 my bill should be R150, if I spend R70 my bill should be R100. Now Ive been told if I spend R150 my bill is R150 R100 this was NOT the contract I signed and has "been altered" 6 months into the contract without my consent.
6.I have requested Invoices to my personal e-mail from the day I signed the contract believed to be January 2013 up until this point for each month but have not received one invoice.
7. I am still waiting for USAGE BILLS for September, October, November, December 2013 in order to PROVE that outstanding amounts were not added at will in December 2013.
