Inoperable Land line ADSL functionality

Subscribed to DSL Fast Bundle (R145 per month), Unlimited Any time Plan and land line (R131 per month)
Land line not working 2012/12/08 to 2012/12/11 above functions not available.
Land line AGAIN not working from 2013/10/10 up to present, above function not available.
I am using the above functions for business purposes - over and above Telkom functions not available, have to use back-up at cost of R500 per day (MTN modem and cell phone calls)
No response from Telkom on all my enquiries!
Reported problem on 2013/01/08 reference number 963CTK080113, land line 0129972662
As to yet fault not eve assigned to technician.
Telkom service delivery, if existing? shamelessly poor!!
