NO emphathy from bussiness support service

I am a Vodacom client for over 20 years, never missed 1-payment! My phone is in my business's name. My handset broke completely and I am stuck. I am due for an upgrade in 9-days! I am trying to get clearance for a premature upgrade (9-days earlier), with full understanding that my average spent is not high enough to automatically qualify for the premature upgrade. I am trying to explain the merit of my request to the "robot' at the call center but she keep telling me what the regulations are, which I fully understand. Surely as a loyal customer for 20-years with a 1st time request for a premature upgrade (AND to a higher package) ONLY because of the faulty handset their must be a way to assist me with my dilemma? When I asked the 'robot' at the call center if I must go to another service provider, after 20-years of loyalty, she indicated: "that she can do NOTHING to help me..." Sad to know that after 20-years of loyalty, Vodacom cannot assist me with a premature upgrade, 9-days earlier only because I am desperate to get a working handset. As they say if you want loyalty get a dog... Thank you Vodacom, I know you don't need my business and you will not go bankrupt loosing me as a client.
