NO ITEMISED BILLING

On 15/11/2013, I upgraded my contract. I've never received itemised billing before and requested it with my new contract. He told me about the R17-something, and I agreed to everything. He also wrote on my contract: ADD ITEMISED BILLING. He also made me a copy of the contract. Until today, I've never received a itemised billing, BUT did get a debit order for R2500!!! WOW! I almost got a heart attack. I never ever had this amount for my cell. I contacted Vodacom 4U, Sashin is on leave. The other lady I spoke to, confirmed that there is no request for itemised billing. No, I have to go through all the trouble writing letters and send copy of ID bla bla bla JUST TO GET MY ITEMISED BILLING!!! I am FURIOUS!!! I sat almost 2 hours to get this contract and itemised and and and.

I WANT MY ITEMISED BILLING FROM NOV... WITHOUT REQUESTING IT VIA VIA VIA.

I REQUESTED IT WITH MY CONTRACT!!!

INCOMPETEND!!!
