CUSTOMERS ARE DOGS

I AM A VODACOM BUSINESS CONTRACT HOLDER FOR THE PAST ONE AND A HALF YEARS.LAST MONTH I DECIDED TO TO TAKE OUT A SECOND CONTRACT WITH THEM BUT I GUESS IT WAS A MISTAKE, MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT GETS DEBITED EVERY MONTH WITHOUT A HASSLE AND AS ITS A BUSINESS CONTRACT I UTILISE MY PHONE 24/7. THIS EVENING AT HALF PAST EIGHT I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM VODACOM STATING MY LINE HAS BEEN BLOCKED. THE BUSINESS CALL CENTRE CLOSES AT FIVE SO I CALLED THE VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AND WAS ANSWERED BY A LADY BY THE NAME OF Angeline booysen. ALL MY YEARS DEALING WITH VODACOM THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I SPOKE TO SUCH A RUDE LADY (IF I CAN CALL HER THAT). AFTER TWELVE MINUTES GETTING NO WHERE WITH HER I ASKED TO BE TRANSFERED TO HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE TOTALLY REFUSED. NOW HONESTLY CAN A CALL CENTRE WORKER EVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. WHAT IS COUNTRY COMING TO OR MUST I SAY VODACOM COMING TO...
