On 22 October 2012 I upgraded my contract and was told that my data package will be upgraded and that i will receive a retention credit to the value of 2k. My data package wasn't upgraded and i was forced to pay for my data usage. Also, instead of rectifying the error i get a long winded email explaining why i was not upgraded as promised. I have tried to call and get nothing but a run around. i am now taking the matter to the consumer court. enough of you MTN
