I keep getting calls but when i answer no says ang

I keep getting calls from this number 0873107556 ever since 20/01/2014.This number keeps on calling the whole day and when i answer my phone no one responds. I am being harassed because i have back to back meetings but i cant cope with this number calling me through out the day!!!
