I have been calling the call centre at Jabba Connect reporting my broken phone but I don't seem to be getting any help. The last time I received a voicemail telling me to call back to arrange the collection of the phone but when I call back I have to start from scratch explaining what happened to the phone. I cannot keep paying a phone that has no USE to me anymore! Its Broken!
