I can't believe that vodacom has such a bad stock management system that they have no idea when they will be recieving stock of a certain brand. I have been wasting my time over lunch and after work going into stores to upgrade on either iphone 5s or 5c as there is never any stock. I have decided to rather call everyday and ask whether they do have stock but they are always out of stock and never have an indication of when they will have stock again... If you can't supply your customers reliably then don't make a full page advertising of iphone deals in your booklet. Rather skip it all together.
Also I can't believe that they haven't come up with a waiting list concept that works on popular brands as the iphone. It is really not that hard to put a system in place.
I could have upgraded in April 2013 but waited for the new iphones and now that it has "arrived" I can't seem to find anyone with stock. (Canal walk reporting they have only received 6 phones in the past month...) How do you ship something in quantities of 6? This just goes back to poor resource management. I'm fed up... Guess I'll never get to upgrade at this rate.
