NO LTE NETWORK FOR TOP UP CUSTOMERS

Why do Top Up customers have no access to the LTE network??
We are paying for a 2 year contract signed with vodacom and were not told about the lack of the LTE network on a top up contract.
I phoned vodacom today only to find out that the consultant on the other side had no idea why top up customers were not allowed to use LTE.
This whole issue with LTE not being available on a top up contract is in breach of our consumer rights and responsibilities one of them being unfair sales practices making use of false misleading advertising.
I have no problem contacting The National Goverment Consumer Affairs Office and taking this problem to a higher level.
