Phone Barred again

I have this problem with Virgin Mobile a while and it's the second time my phone are barred after been paid, I don't know if the people are not trained to do the work but it's getting a pain if you want to use your phone only to find out it's barred, my pay are paid into my bank last day of the month, it was explained to Virgin Mobile. Virgin don't have any banking information of me due to the fact that I pay it EFT from the first month, but all of a sudden they try deduct money from an account I don't know what account and bar my phone. Last time they told me they will contact me if there are something wrong, guess what it didn't happen. I cant carry on with a service provider that don't have any sense about Customer Care.
