Billing me for a Subscription I never agreed to

I picked up on my MTN account for Nov and Dec two amount that looked suspicious. When I queried it with MTN it came up that it is some subscription fee with a company called Mira Network that is charged to me, but yet I never subscribed to it. MTN's attitude is they can't help you with this because according to them it is between you and the third party (Mira Networks) but yet MTN is billing me on behalf of Mira Networks. When you ask for proof of these services they pass the buck onto the Mira Networks which they don't want to deal with you as the customer must now deal with this company and sort this out. When you phone Mira Networks customers service you only get an option to cancel the subscription nothing else. I then googled Mira Networks and got a number of their sales department. I phoned them and the answer to me was "sorry can't help you, this is the sales department and the people you need to speak to are all in a meeting but I will pass on the message and get them to phone you back". Guess what this is 3 days later...! What stand me to do now I can't just pay and let these people get away with this? How many others did they catch like this? IT IS DISGUSTING...!!!
