What the is wrong with cell c. My line is suspended even though the account has been paid. I'm still waiting for a response from my previous post about receiving an sms that was going to suspend the line. ESCALATIONS DEPARTMENT - WHAT A JOKE??? Now the line is actually suspended. What puts through the debit order and its successfully and the next day suspend the line.
how can you disconnect a line, when the payment has been made and its still disconnected for the last 3 days.
I'm not paying any additional fees or re connection charges cos of cell c . fools that get paid and still disconnect the line...
Please reconnect the lines as this account has been paid - successful debit order... Please check records before suspending a line
