My contract with Vodacom was about to expire beginning December 2013 when I got a call from "Vodacom" telling met that they can do an upgrade for me and that the 'new' mobile will be delivered by courier. Never did the person who called me mention that it was in fact Elite Mobile. I got the mobile only to discover that the phone had been discontinued. I can't even buy a cover for it. I tried to contact them - but have been unsuccessful. Really - can something be done about this type of thing!
