Cell C must be one of the worst service providers in South Africa. Unfortunately, I have a contract with Cell C for internet data. I cannot express my frustration with this pathetically slow internet connection. Most often, when I attempt to connect, it will take me anything from 1 to 5 hours just to get onto one page! I think that it was October, 2013, after I had complained to the Cell C call centre on many occasions, a technician visited me in order to determine the nature of the problem. I was told that because I live in a slight valley, the signal does connect correctly. I was told that the signal thing on the signal tower had to be adjusted. I have no idea if this was ever done. The connection, however, is still hopeless. In my place of residence, there is another Cell C data stick on another computer that is NEVER able to connect. This is all a complete waste of money.
