First Cell C typed in my wrong banking details from the form I had to fill in. This caused me to be in arrears with my payment. I went to see Cell C and after rectifying my banking details, I had to pay the amount into the account that they gave me. This I did and shortly afterwards my cell phone contract was suspended as they say I had not paid the due amount. Went to see Cell C again, only to learn I paid the due amount into their repair account, which Cell C had given me. They then said I must go and reverse the payment from their repair account and pay it into their service provider account. Well by now I had enough of their incompetence and told them in no uncertain terms that it is their fault and their problem so fix your own faults and see that my cell phone is reactivated. Two days later still waiting.
