SIM swop not done, not interested in helping

MY wife did an upgrade on her data contract on the day before yesterday at Kolonnade. Since the new tablet uses the small SIM card, we also paid for a sim swop and got the new sim. Now, two days later, the sim is still not working. I stopped at Vodacom world on the way back from work where they told me the sim swop was never submitted and that they cannot help me.

Vodacom Kollenade is not answering their phones, even after multiple attempts during the day.

We are now going away for the weekend and the apparently the only way we will have data where we're going, is to cut the original SIM smaller.

I trust that someone at Vodacom will help me get this sorted TODAY, or I will be back in the shop at Kollenade on Monday for a refund on my sim-swop, as I will have had to cut my old sim in anyway.
