Hi am a Vodacom Contract Subscriber and as my contract expires on the 14th of Feb, i would like to cancel the contract. I had not been receiving my statement since late last year and have always received it previously. I was not contacted by Vodacom to inform me of an upgrade or a cancelation process. I did call the Vodacom call center and spoke to a person named Vee and was told that I would need to give 30days notice of my cancelation to the contract and was to call the cancelation division. I did call the cancelation division and spoke to Ayanda whom at first was cool. I did mention to her that I would like to cancel my contract and would like to know the process, she said that I would need to give 30days notice of which I was supplying prior to the expiry of my contract, but the surprise was that I can only cancel and expired contract after the expiry which is so wrong, further to that, the contract can only be canceled at the end of the month cos that is when Vodacom cancels contracts which means you would be billed for a month after cancelation. Eventually requested my noticed be taken and cancelled after the expirydate of the contract but was spoken to rudely by the staff member & cut
