On the 14th of January I upgraded my phone to Samsung Note and Gear. I was told by Niel that the Gear is not in stock but the Note 3 is. They would deliver the Note 3 and then the Gear later. Today when I followed up there suddenly is no stock of the Note 3 either??? So was the order not placed to reserve a Note 3 for me? I dont understand how stock can just get booked out if there is an order for it?
