Vodacom exchanges m broken phone with phone

I experienced some problems with my Blackberry last year April. Vodacare in Vanderbijlpark told me they will send the phone for repairs and within 14 days contact me. After about 10 days they informed me that my phone was ready and that I can collect it. On arrival they notified me that the phone had a problem which was not my fault and that they replaced it with a new phone. 9 months later (4 Jan 2014) my phone started giving problems. It kept saying Phone not allowed MM6 and this prevents me from having any signal at all and I can't make or receive messages, phone calls, bbm etc. I phoned the call centre from another phone were a lady informed me that the phone was blacklisted on the 4th of January 2014 by the owner, who answered all their security questions and blacklisted the phone. The call centre consultant told me that she will "unblacklist" the phone and that it will only take 48 hours but that she would advise me to also go to the shop where they gave me the phone a. I did, and spoke to the same lady that gave me this blacklisted phone a year ago, she said within 5 days the phone will be "unblacklisted". It has now been 3 weeks and I still can't use my phone! RIDICULOUS!!
