Over a year & billing problem still not corrected!

3 years ago I purchased a web domain for the company where I worked paying with my personal credit card. 2 years ago I left the company and advised Web Africa to update the banking details.

Even though I had updated the banking details, Web Africa still debited my personal account and I fought and yelled and eventually the company (where I no longer worked) refunded me as Web Africa refused to get involved. At this point the account details were AGAIN updated (I have numerous emails as proof of this) so that Web Africa would no longer debit my personal account.

This year Web Africa have AGAIN debited my personal account. (I know right, can you actually believe this story!) Remember now I have not worked there for over 2 years now! Web Africa have been advised of the updated account to debit and yet disregard this information and continue to the money from my account without approval or consent - I have no link and no relevance whatsoever to the web domain.
