Appalling service received from Telkom Mobile

In January 2013 I signed a contract with Telkom Mobile/ 8ta for a Nokia Lumina. The service i received to get me the contract was quick and efficient. I was dissappointed to find that when my handset was faulty by April 2013 i was not to received the same kind of treatment.. I went in to the Telkom store in Chatsworth and after some really terrible service I got my phone to be fixed. I then had another problem with the handset in July 2013 and now again in December. On the third of December i left my phone with Telkom in Pinetown and they were to send it for repairs. The phone could not be fixed here so they sent it to Nokia in JHB. I Picked up the phone this week and guess what the phone is still not charging! So after 1 1/2 months Telkom and Nokia could not sort out the problem with my phone but still returned it to me as if it was infact fixed.
It is unfortunate that it has to come this but the service i was getting from these compaines left me no other choice. I would appreciate it if some that actually knows what they are doing can contact me within the next 3 days to get this resolved. And i refuse to send this handset back for "repairs" again.
