I have a vodacom dongle on a capped 2 gig CAPPED data account.
For the last 6 months, since the inception of this account the account I paid R199 pm and never go over the 2gig capped limit, due to the fact that I use the company WiFi and home WiFi.
Then out of the blue I get a bill for R3900, 00 . I then request a detailed bill and what the websites were accessed
and vodacom has still have to come back to me Ref No S30432IIGAG3 no I have to wait another 14 Days. They have my money now they making me wait. My first request went in on the 28th Dec 2013
No feed back, they and never get back to you...!!!
