WARNING!!! Do not do an upgrade online! I did so in Nov 2013 and had a corrupt employee of Vodacom benefit on my behalf. I am still paying for a phone I never received and yet 2 months later Vodacom cannot resolve this issue. I get shunted from one department to another and cannot deal with this effectively. Shame on you Vodacom for not stamping out corruption amongst your ranks!!!
I am constantly promised to get a call to hear the details of the recorded conversation I supposedly had with Vodacom, but this is never honoured! Still waiting for that call. I wonder why? - answer - because they know it is not me in the conversation. The delivery address is also not mine - where is the proof of delivery Vodacom?
I know you are aware of the answers - now honour your contract Vodacom
