Guess what? NO CALL FROM LUCILLE, IN ACTUAL FACT, NO CALL FROM ANYONE!

I suppose this is what to expect when the level of complaints are so high, that an "automated response" system is implemented!

I have save you some time and have inserted "your response" below.

I'd like to be contacted by someone.
If I dont hear from someone shortly I think its best I terminate my order/agreement and move on.
