Vodacom: Contractual & Financial Entrapment

Applied for a data contract (2Gig @ R99 x 24 months) with Vodacom (Pick'nPay-Montana) specifically asking that the data usage be blocked when limit of 2Gig is exceeded. I was explained the contract accordingly re-confirming with sales consultant that limit was created on account/contract. Mid December I realized Vodacom is billing me way over R99/2Gig limit for Nov and December to date. Again went to Vodacom (Hatfield) and consultant informed me that there is no data limit request on contract and that he will activate/request it for me. Of course Jan billing cam thru and again billing was done for data exceeded? Took 3rd day off at work and went to Vodacom Kolonade Mall where I was informed that contract given to me cannot be limited and Vodacom can bill me as they see fit if limit is exceeded. I am sitting with printout from Vodacom where data limits when requested was activated on number but later they deactivated the limit to allow for excess data and associated penalty fees? They then use the data clause on their contracts to hold you liable financially and to force you to pay even though contract explained signed for was not for what was agreed... VERY, VERY POOR VODACOM!!
