My Contract was eligible for Upgrade and decided to go for the Huawei Accent P6 Handet. I was told the branch has no stock and no other stores could provide me with the handset. I phoned MTN Sales and I was informed that there was no stock available and there was no ETA. I then decided to go for the LG G2, again no stock.
I fail to understand why these two handsets are advertised when there is no stock available.
Besides the issue above, I was never contacted when my Contract was due for upgrade and I have three numbers for the Hillcrest Branch, none of which are ever answered.
I had the same stock issue when I opened the Contract where it was left up to me to ask if stock had arrive.
