Last Wednesday 8 January I applied on line for a cell c contract. I missed the call centres call and to my surprise I had an email from Torfeeq asking me to let him know when I was available and he would call me back. When he did phone he took me through the application he was very polite and efficient. I was promised my phone would be delivered in 7 working days. My phone arrived yesterday (5 working days). I called cell c direct again to activate my sim and it was done immediately and I could use my phone. I'm so impressed by such amazing service from cell c and over the moon with my new phone! Thank you cell c :)
