NOT BEING CHARGED THE RIGHT AMOUNT FOR CONTRACT

Went into neotel in the first week of December. Got 1 of their catalogues that advertised a deal for a HTC cell with data.sms and minutes for R99/month x 24 months. Sent all my details through and contract was approved for 2 lines on the 19/12/13 and I picked up the contract on the 20/12/13. Now its Jan and I received my bill and to my shock I am being billed R150/month for 24 months also I am being billed from the 19/12/13 when I only signed the docs on the 20/12/13. When I called the customer care they informed me that the promo ended in November. I have been to the walk in store in December and picked up a leaflet from the store advertising the deal. Now neotel wants to investigate. What? Incompetent staff still having the promo running when it was over and also for telling me its R99/month x 24months. Regret leaving VODACOM and taking the lines with Neotel.
