VODACOM HAS CANCELLED MY CONTRACT ON THE 10-01-2014 DUE TO NON PAYMENT WHICH I AGREE TO, HOWEVER I HAVE CALLED INTO THEIR CALL CENTRE TO QUERY WHY WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT MY CONTRACT BEING SUSPENDED AS PER THEIR PROCESS AS DISCUSSED WITH A AGENT 3 SMSES SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT BEFORE SUSPENDING A CONTRACT. THE REASON FOR THE CONTRACT NOT BEING PAID WAS BECAUSE I WAS ON HOLIDAY AND WOULD HAVE ATLEAST EXPECTED THE DECENCY TO BE NOTIFIED THAT MY CONTRACT IS GOING TO BE SUSPENDED. THE GUY I SPOKE TO SAID THEY WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN THE NEXT 5-7 DAYS BUT IT IS NOW 8 DAYS LATER. APPARENTLY THE QUERY WILL TAKE SO LONG IS BECAUSE THEY NEED TO KNOW FROM THE I.T DEPARTMENT WHY I DID NOT GET SMS ADVISING ME OF THE SUSPENSION. THE AGENT ALSO ADVISED ME THAT ILL HAVE TO KEEP PAYING THE FULL INSTALLMENT AT THE END OF THE MONTH EVEN THOUGH I CANT USE THE PHONE WHICH I THINK IS... STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK... VODACOM OFFERS SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS IN MY OPINION. NOT EVEN THE DECENCY TO TELL ME MY SERVICES ARE GOING TO BE SUSPENDED MY GOSH.
