Feedback regarding the money that has been debited

I logged a complain regarding the money that has been debited on my account for the past 4 months. Mobimoola phoned me and the lady said they will call me again to let me know if the money has been refunded. I still haven't heard from them again. to my surprise they have been trying to deduct the money from my bank account again and the bank charges on my account went up to R1014.00 for unsuccessful debit order.
I spoke to the lady from Mobimoola by the name of Karen & Roslyn but they also promised back to me which they never did.
