I have recently ordered an adsl line from Telkom. They did the installation yesterday while I was at work. My father was at home so they could complete the installation.
When I got home after work, I was in the process of setting up the router and all went well until had to verify my Telkom account.
It was then that I realised I was not supplied with an order number. I tried calling the Telkom to try and retrieve the order number so that everything will be up and running.
After being on hold for almost an hour I had to drop the call as my airtime had run out.
I later came back and found that the internet connection is gone completely.
I tried to call Telkom this morning at 6 when their lines are supposedly open but there was still no answer.
Is this how Telkom treats their customers?
Can somebody please help me as this is very frustrating
