This is now my second report on here about Nashua Mobile in less than a month! Since my husband and I got our cellphones on our first contract with Nashua we have had too many complaints to list. I have spent more time on phone calls and emails than I have actually enjoying my new phone due to pathetic service! My latest complaint is that since 11 Dec, Nashua cannot pick up my husbands number on their system which has caused a break in service of calls and smses! We have been waiting for them to sort it out for 3 weeks now! The only way to get a response is to write a report here as it worked last time I wrote a report about one of the many other complaints. Your company has caused me so much stress that I should actually be sending you bills for my healthcare!!! I will never refer anyone to your company EVER!!!
My husband uses his phone for work and has missed so many phone calls which has lost him money too!! Wonder who is going to cover all that cost!!!
