Double Debit order long after cancellation date

I am totally disgusted that a further 2 debit orders for greater amounts of R223-50 each (not R149 as per my EX contract) went off my account this morning! SO after cancelling my contract in August and Virgin Mobile undertaking on 1 December that I will be refunded and not be debited again, both undertakings have not been met!
Do not take out a contract with Virgin Mobile South Africa as you will not be able to cancel and money will be taken from your bank account illegally!
Further, their online queries do not work as one only gets automated responses from that, but no actual answer to the query, absolutely useless!
I demand answers from Virgin Mobile!!!
