MTN have been incorrectly billing me for data since the inception of my contract approximately 18 months ago. After a prolonged battle they agreed to pay me back and when I spoke with the call centre the operator informed me that the full amount was being refunded. However, when i received an email confirming the amount, MTN are only refunding me 5 months' worth of the money that they essentially st0le from me.
I have requested the reasons in writing as I intend to take this further, but, they refuse to provide this information to me, citing vague in non-specific quotes like "as per the contract".
They made the error, and with today's technology, knowingly billed me incorrectly, and now refuse to refund me the money that they have from me.
