In August 2013 I ordered an iPhone 5 via MNT Direct. I was assisted by Mr Govender. After receiving the phone I notified him that I wanted to cancel the contract and he agreed. He asked me to take the phone to MNT Rosebank. I did and after that he called me to confirm that the contract would be cancelled. The contract was not cancelled and I have been billed for the contract. I have sought the assistance of the Rosebank branch of MTN to get the contract cancelled to no avail. I have spoken to Mr Govender twice where he promised to have to contract cancelled but still nothing has happened. I am due for an upgrade with MTN this month on another number. I cannot convince myself to remain a customer with a company that has treated me this shabbily. Can anyone help?
