In May 2013, I completed a form and sent it to Autopage asking them to cap my cellphone contract on R500 excluding Vat. To my surprise, yesterday I was sent an sms by autopage stating that my services are suspended due to an outstanding of R2312.14 of unbilled usage. This came as a shock mostly because they sent me my January invoice on the 04th of January 2014 stating that I owe R575. I'm currently serving the last month of my 24 months contract and since I started with the contract I have never seen such usage and I'm not going to pay this as the request to cap was forwarded to Autopage. Is this how they say goodbye to their customers after 24 months?
