This is the 7th complaint that i'm putting for mtn regarding my faulty cellphone and no one seems to even bother with giving me proper feedback on what's happening to my Experia Z. I have been paying MTN for months without having the cellphone until November where I stopped. Now i dont just have the cellphobe they've went to an extend of sus[ending my number as well.
I think it's now time to hand over the matter to the ambudsman as I have been very patient with MTN and now I've had it as this is also affecting my credit profile
