I need URGENT assistance on my account. On the 24.06.2013 I made arrangements to pay R 389.00 going forward. Vodacom can pull up my phone calls to hear this. Secondly, when a client is making payments to them they NO LEGAL RIGHTS to hand the client over. I was handed over on the 30/11/2013. During this time and prior to this time, the below payments were made:
24/05 = May = R 389.00
25/06 = June = R 1467.00
25/07 = July = R 389.00
23/08 = Aug = R 400.00
12/09 = Sept = R 500.00
24/09 = Oct = R 390.00
23/11 = Nov = R 450.00
14/12 = Dec = R 700.00
Going back on my emails, I now see that the last statement I received from Vodacom was on the 16/05/2013 for an amount of R 1856.00
