Wrong billing dates & Wrong pricing

I went to apply for a laptop contract with Vodacom - 30 October 2013. The laptop deal that I applied for was advertised as R279pm which includes laptop with windows and data. When I received the laptop, it did not have a Windows program on, and when I signed the contract on this day, I noticed that there is a new price on the contract (R329).. I did have to wait a while because of the branch that did not have stock. I waited - 2weeks from the date that I applied. On the application form, I requested the debit order to be deducted on the 1st of every month, this date was changed without my approval/request to the 9Dec and then 8Jan, and now the next deduction date will apparently be 7 Feb 2014.
