Shocking Customer Service

Samsung S4 battery problem. Took into Mtn Randridge Mall on 5th December. Was told that the repair / replacment would take 7 days. Called on 18th to query status. Was told by Nomfundo that phone would be back by Friday 20th. On Monday 23, I went into the store and was told that phone was still not back. Brian, the so called Manager promised me that he would follow up and call me on Friday 27th. He didn't call. I tried calling but no answer. On 31st Dec, I went into the store and Brian told me that te phone had been dispatched but they didn't know when it would arrive. I was going on holiday on the 1st Jan, so asked him to make sure that the phone was back by 9th Jan when I was back. I called on the 10th but Brian had been transferred to another branch. I spoke to Leigh, who didn't know where my phone was but said she would follow up and call meback in 15 minutes. After 2 hours, I called back and was told that my phone was dispatched to the wrong store but that it would be in the store on 11th Jan. Went into store on 11th and was told that they would phone me when it arrived. No phone call and today is 13 Jan and still no phone. 7 days is now 39 days. Mtn staff just don't care.
