I've been trying to migrate to Afrihost as I heard they are better than my previous ISP. It is to say the least a horrendous experience! The buck got passed on to other. When I applied for my ADSL line at Afrihost I requested a 4mb line. Today after nearly a month and a half my line is migrated but the speed is still 1mb. Phoned them and suddenly they wake up to find nobody has put in the order to upgrade the line with the migration. With these experiences it is convincing for me to migrate again soon to the last resort ISP as I know they deliver bad service and dont expect too much of them. Wont advertise Afrihost to my fellow internet users.
